Walcheren, also known as the garden of Zeeland, has something to offer for everyone. The beaches are among the cleanest and most beautiful in The Netherlands since years. The extensive network of cycling- hiking- and horse riding trails offer plenty of opportunities to explore the area. The old cities Middelburg, Veere and Vlissingen (Flushing) are nearby for a shopping-day or to enjoy a bit of culture. Deltapark Neeltje Jans, the miniature park Mini Mundi and ‘het Arsenaal’ (an attraction park with a sea-aquarium and a pirates adventure park for the kids) are all a nice day out where both young and old enjoy!
